Have you ever thought "There has to be a better way to share ideas and feedback about games than these noisy forums"? If so, you probably see the same problems we do: topic redundancy, noise, and overall chaos.

This site started, in spirit, with a wiki call NikiWiki in 2007. Around the same time, I was working on a new discussion format called Grupthink, with the goal of overcoming the inherent problems with forums and online surveys.

In 2008 I was looking for people to "pilot" some grupthink communities, and when I learned about Nick's efforts, we discovered a perfect philosophical match between us.

Guildwars.grupthink.com is designed to give a voice to gamers. There is a wealth of untapped creativity, problem solving, and ideation expressed in traditional forums, and we hope to bring it out into full view here.
