#23 Merchant

It'd be cool if you could have some one or be a merchant. Simple idea is that you start like everyone else but you first mission is to get your self a back pack. and with that you get to carry more items right off the start and you can set up shop in town or out side of towns.

Combat for them could be anything from a sowdr to a staff, there attributes will read as:

Shop Keep: Can determine the value of items and what is on item (attachments) with out id kit
Weapon Mastery: The abillity to use any weapon at moments notice.
Be Friend: Allows player to walk through lower level groups with out being attacked as well as chamr pets.
Knowledge: Increases amount of Mana the player has, (also allows other players on team to gain more XP when near by)

Interesting concept to say the least. How would this balance out though? What would be the benefits of having this class?

some benefits of using this class would be the fact that you would never need identification kits, as well as you can switch to any weapon through the game. And as for working in a party this class would make a great ally since it'd give an xp bonus to near by party members.

Hmm... I think extra xp would unbalance the game, as everyone would want one, and that's just one negative possibility. I do however like the idea of identifying stuff without kits.

Well the merchant wouldn't get extra XP and it'd be like a 2% bonus up to 15% bonus of XP, best part would be that there would be no Henchmen version. It'd have to be a real player you'd have to get for XP bonus.

No, just no.
Be freind? what?!? Let's all be happy sunshine land freinds! yay!
Seriously, it's guild WARS people generally don't send merchants into no-mans land. What is it gonna do, sell them to death? If you really want to just walk around selling things why don't you play something else?
