There could be a tattoo person where you could go and get tats, but the tattoos could act as runes on the person. They could show off their tats to others while being able to partake in battle. The tattoos could be customizable or pre-made (like the ones when you choose to make your guild emblem), along with their description (e.g. Energy Storage +2). There could also be a barber, in which he could just change your hair if people get tired of their style hair. It's a way to spend our gold coins/platinum in the game. That would definitely be very cool indeed. Please think about it.

I like this idea. I often wondered what it would be like if a Necro-Monk, or Monk-Necro could combine Necromancer scar patterns with Monk tattooing.

Yeah I like the tattoo thing, it'd have to have a limit though. I'm not sure about the barber though, I don't want to see GW2 get too realistic and they have makeover packs already in GW1
